Police Clearance Certificate

The application must contain ALL of the following:

  1. Fill in the supplied form for the Police Clearance Certificate in capital letters and attach a photo to it.
  2. The applicants complete set of fingerprints is to be taken by a Police Authority in Spain or at the Embassy in Madrid at the time of application.
  3. Copy of New generation Kenyan ID (both sides).
  4. Copy of current Kenyan passport.
  5. Non-refundable fee of €20.00.

  • Note: Duration for issuance of Police Clearance Certificate is six to eight weeks.

Note: Payment of the fee does not guarantee that a Police Clearance Certificate will be issued.

Applicants may submit direct application through e-citizen platform and follow the above procedure for fingerprints capture.
