1. A letter from the pet owner requesting for the pet license. See the conditions here.
  2. Letter from pet owner to provide name, contact address and telephone number.
  3. Copy of Passport of the pet owner.
  4. Copy of pet Passport.
  5. Evidence of up-to-date vaccinations against rabies and any infectious, contagious disease or parasites.
  6. A clearance health certificate from a veterinary doctor stating current health and that the pet is fit to travel.
  7. The applicant to inform the mode of delivery via email or telephone.
  8. A fee of €50.00

Note: The pet license is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and takes two working days to issue the license upon submission of the documents.
